Dear Sir / Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 24(A) and Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e., May 07, 2025, considered and approved the appointment of M/s. SPANJ & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, (Firm Registration No. P2014GJ0034800) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company, with effect from April 1, 2025, for a period of 5 years and fix their remuneration, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/ 2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure.
