Sub.: Intimation of cessation of Independent Director Mr. Naishadh Parikh (00009314) pursuant to completion of second term

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to inform you that Mr. Naishadh Parikh (00009314) who was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company at the 33[rd] Annual General Meeting held on September 22, 2020 for second term of five consecutive years completed his term and consequently ceased to be a director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on August 12, 2025.

The Board of Directors places on record its sincere appreciation and gratitude for the invaluable contributions and guidance provided by Mr. Naishadh Parikh during his tenure on the Board and its Committees.

The details required under Regulation 30(6) read with Para A-(7) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoDZ/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024, in this regard, is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A .
