Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you about the resignation of Mr. Anuj Arora from the post of Chief Marketing Officer, which shall be effective from the closing hours of February 28, 2025. A copy of the resignation letter, containing the reason for his resignation, is attached herewith as Annexure – A .
Please note that Mr. Gaurav Sarda has been appointed as the designated Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the Company w.e.f. February 6, 2025. He will take over the full charge and responsibility of Mr. Anuj Arora during the transition period. A brief profile of Mr. Gaurav Sarda is attached herewith as Annexure – B .

Mr. Gaurav Sarda, aged 44 years, holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad.
Mr. Sarda brings over 20 years rich experience in the consumer goods industry with a strong marketing professional skills in Marketing Management, Consumer Products, product Sales, Market Research, and Brand Management.
Before joining Symphony, Mr. Sarda held various roles at Asian Paints Limited, Lodha Developers Limited, and most recently, Welspun Group.
