Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you about the resignation of Mr. Ashwin Prajapati from the post of Chief Information Officer, which shall be effective from closing hours of April 30, 2024. A copy of resignation letter, containing reason for his resignation, is attached herewith as Annexure – A .

Please note that Mr. Biren Parikh has been appointed as designated Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Company w.e.f. February 29, 2024. He will take over the full charge and responsibility of Mr. Ashwin Prajapati during the transition period. A brief profile of Mr. Parikh is attached herewith as Annexure – B .

Mr. Biren Parikh is 51 years old and having a rich and diverse experience of more than 30 years in the field of SAP to Business Process Automation & prowess extends to SAP Implementation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), IT Strategy formulation, and Service & Policy Management, IT Strategy, Development, Operation, Administration, Team Building with my holistic approach to IT leadership has consistently delivered results, elevating organizations to new heights. He is having a distinguished track record of driving digital transformation through innovation and excellence in various sectors, including building materials, pipe and fittings, paper/media, sanitaryware & tiles, media, and auto ancillary.

He is recipient of various prestigious awards viz. Technology Leader’s Award, Innovative CIO - Top 100, Rising Digital Transformation Leader, Star CIO of year.

Prior to joining Symphony, Mr. Biren Parikh worked with Cera Sanitaryware Limited, Astral Limited, Sandesh Limited, Banco Products and Dodsal Limited.

He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from South Gujarat University.
