Sub.: Change in Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA)

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Regulation 7 of Securities Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors has approved change in Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company from KFin Technologies Private Limited, ("KFintech") to Bigshare Services Private Limited in their meeting held today.

We also inform that “KFintech” will continue to act as the RTA of the Company till such time the process of changing RTA is completed including entering into tripartite agreement with Depositories and new RTA, shifting of database and establishment of electronic connectivity and receipt of requisite confirmations / NOC from National Securities Depositories Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited and other regulatory approval, if any,.

The Company shall intimate effective date of takeover of RTA services by the new RTA and any other update in this regard from time to time.
