BRIEF PROFILES OF MR. JOSHI AND MR. SHAH

Profile of Mr. Viiay Joshi

Mr. Vijay Joshi has been promoted as CEO - India. Mr. Joshi is 55 years old and has professional experience spanning 32 years. He holds a BE (Mechanical) and an MBA. He joined Symphony 29 years ago in 1989 within a year of the establishment of the company. In between for a period of about 8 years he worked for a leading pharma company as the head of technology projects. During his overall 21 years at Symphony, he has headed production, quality, product development and supply chain. He has been the COO of Symphony since 2008 and has now been elevated as CEO - India. He will be responsible for spearheading the India business end-to-end.

Profile of Mr. Falsun'Shah

Mr. Falgun Shah has been promoted as CEO - International Subsidiaries. Mr. Shah is 54 years old and has professional experience of more than 30 years. He holds a B. Tech (Mechanical), M. Tech and an VgA. He began his career as a nuclear scientist at the Bhabha Atomic Research Center, whert he spent 5 years and wasthe recipient of the prestigious Dr. Bhabha award. Thereafter he joined Symphony 26 years ago in 1992.In between for about L1. years he worked in other companies in India, Africa and Hong Kong in the fields of electric switchgears, plastic processing and appliances. During his over 15 years with Symphony, he has played multifaceted roles, like that of head pf R&D and head of operations. Since 2012 he has played the role of Chief Innovation Officer at Symphony. In the last few years, he has also been overieeing Symphony's subsidiary in China. He has now been elevated to the role of CEO - International Subsidiaries. He will be responsible for coordinating the businesses of subsidiaries in Mexico, China and Australia with India, amongst each other and to exploit mutual synergies and opportunities.
