શ્રીલંકા-ભારત વચ્ચેની પ્રથમ વનડે

ગુજરાતમાં જળસંકટની કટોકટી સર્જવાની દહેશત

ગુજરાતમાં ગંભીર જળ રાજ્યમાં ૨૦૬ જળાશયમાં હવે માત્ર ૩૬ ટકા પાણીનો સંગ્રહ છે ઉપરાંત બે જળાશયો માત્ર ૧૦૦ ટકા ભરાયેલા છે.

પ્રાપ્ત માહિતી અનુસાર રાજ્યમાં ઝોન મુજબ પાણીના જથ્થાની વિગત આ મુજબની જાણવા મળી છે ઉ ગુજરાત પાણીની ૧૭ યોજના છે જેમાઁ ગત વર્ષ ૨૬-પ૪ ટકા પાણીનો સંગ્રહ હતો જે આ વર્ષ ૩ ટકા ઘટીને ૨૩-૫૭ ટકા થયો છે. મધ્ય ગુજરાતમાં ૧૭ યોજનામાં ગત વર્ષ ૪૪.૪૨ ટકા પાણી હતુ જે આ વર્ષે વરસાદ ખેચાતા ૫ ટકા

દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતમા આ વર્ષે વરસાદ સારો થયો હોવાનું જણાય છે અહી પાણીની ૧૩ યોજના કાર્યરત છે જાે ગત વર્ષ ૪૮-૪૯ ટકા પાણી હતુ પરતુ વરસાદ થવા છતા પાણીના સંગ્રહમાં ૧૦ ટકાનો ઘટાડો થયો છે જ્યા હાલમાં ૩૯.૭૪ ટકા પાણી છે. કચ્છમાં ગત વર્ષે ૩૯.૭ ટકા

પાણીનો સંગ્રહ હતો અહી ૨૦ સેક પાણીની આવક થઈ છે જેમાંથી ૩૦૦ કયુ સકે પાણીની જાવક યોજના હોવા છતા કચ્છમાં પાણીના સંગ્રહમાં ૧૫ ટકા નો નોધાઈ છે.

ાઅમદાવાદ, હોવાથી ખેતીવાડીને મોડુ નુકસાન ઘટાડો થયો છે અને હાલમાંહંભીર જળ થવાની ભીતી સેવાઈ રહી છે. સોરાષ્ટ્રમાં ૧૪૧ જેટલી પાણીની યોજનાઓ છે જેમાં ગત વર્ષ ૫૫ ટકા પાણી હતુ આ વર્ષે સૌરાષ્ટ્રમાં મળી હોવા છતા પાણીના સંગ્રહમાં

છે જેમાં જળાશયમાં ૧૦૦ ટકા પાણી જોવા મળે છે તો ૧૩ જળાશયમાં ૭૦ ટકા ૧૪ જળાશયમાં ૫૦ ટકા અને ૬૨ જળાશયમાં ૨૫ ટકા તો ૧૧૬ જેટલા જળાશયમાં ૨૫ ટકાથી ઓછું પાણી જોવા મળી રહ્યું છે જેના કારણે કે ખેડૂતો પણ મુરકેલીમાં મુકાય અને પીવાના પાણીની પણ ગંભીર સમસ્યા સર્જાય તો નવાઈ ઘટીને ૩૯.૬૩ ટકા થયો છે.

પ્રાપ્ત વિગતો અનુસાર સરદાર સરોવર ડેમમાં પણ ચાલુ વર્ષ ગત વર્ષ કરતા ૧૦ ટકા પાણી ઘટયુ છે.

નહી !

સંકટની સમસ્યા વરસાદ ખેંચાય તો

ઉભી થાય તેવી કટોકટી સર્જાઈ શકે

છે કારણ કે ૨૦૬ જેટલા

જળાશયમાં માત્ર ૩૬ ટકા જ પાણી

આમ જોવા જોઈએ તો રાજ્યમાં ચોમાસાની શરૂઆત પણ થઈ ગઈ છે અને આજનો તારીખ સુધીમા કુલ સિઝનનો ૨૦ ટકા જેટલો વરસાદ નોધાયો છે. આજની તારીખે જોતા દક્ષિણ ગુજરાત અને સૌરાષ્ટ્રમાં સારો વરસાદ પડી રહ્યો છે તો બીજી તરફ ઉત્તર ગુજરાત અને માધ્ય ગુજરાતમાં વરસાદ ઓછો થયો

આ મામલે ઉતરપ્રદેશનાં ગાંધી ત્રણ દિવસના લખનઉના નાયબ મુખ્યમંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, પ્રવાસે છે. ત્યારે લખીમપુરમાં પ્રિયંકા ગાંધી પ્રવાસ માટે લખનઉ મહિલા કાર્યકરને ન્યાય આપવા માટે ધરણા શરૂ કરતા પોલીસ દ્વારા આવી છે. જો ધરણા કરવા હોય તો પરમિશન લઈને ધરણા શરૂ કરવા કોરોના ગાઈડલાઈનના ભંગ બદલ હતા.મહત્વનું છે કે,કૌરોના એફઆઇઆર દાખલ કરવામાં ગાઈડલાઈનનાં ભંગ બદલ પ્રિયંકા ગાંધી પર,કલમ ૧૪૪ અંતર્ગત અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે

એફઆઇર દાખલ કરવામાં આવી લખમીપુરમાં બ્લોક પ્રમુખની ચૂંટણી માટે નામાંકન દરમિયાન ભાજપના છે.

અફઘાનિસ્તાનમાં ભારતીય પત્રકારના મોત મામલે તાલિબાની પ્રમુખે દુ:ખ વ્યક્ત કર્યું

અફઘાનિસ્તાનમાં ભારતીય પત્રકાર દાનિશ સિદ્દીકીની હત્યા મામલે તાલિબાને દુખ વ્યક્ત કર્યું છે. સાથેજ તેમણે એવું પણ કીધું કે દાનિશની મોત પાછળ તેમનો હાથ નથી. દાનિશના મૃતદેહને ઈન્ટરનેશનલ કમેટી ઓફ ધ રેડ ક્રોસને સોપવામાં આવ્યો છે. કંધારના સ્પિન બોલ્ડક જિલ્લામાં યુદ્ધ વખતે દાનિશનું મોત થયું

આ મામલે તાલિબાન પ્રવક્તા જબિઉલ્લાહ મુજાહિદે કહ્યું કે અમને એ વાતની જાણજ નથી કે ગોળીબારી વખતે પત્રકારનું મોત થયું છે. તેમણે એવું કહ્યું કે અમને ખ્યાલ પણ નથી કે તેમનું મોત કેવી રીતે થયું છે. સમગ્ર મામલે મુજાહિદે મીર્ડિયાને એવું કહ્યું છે કે યુદ્ધ ક્ષેત્રમાં કોઈ પણ પત્રકાર પ્રવેશ કરે તો તેમને જાણ કરવામાં આવે અમે તેનું ખાસ ધ્યાન

દાનિશ સિદ્દિકીના મોત પર દુખ વ્યક્ત કરતા તેમણે કહ્યું કે, તેમણે

આસામમાં એનઆરસીના લીધે. ૨૭ લાખના આધાર કાર્ડ સ્થગિત ગુવાહાટી, ના વિધાનસભ્ય અશરફ ઉલ તથા પ્રધાનમંત્રી આવાસ યોજના

હુસૈનના સવાલના જવાબમાં આ

વાત બહાર આવી હતી. દાસે

જણાવ્યું હતું કે હવે કેન્દ્રએ નક્કી

કરવાનું છે કે આ આધાર

એનરોલમેન્ટ કે નંબર અધિકૃત

થયા પછી આ ૨૭ લાખ લોકોના

નામ સ્થગિત થઈ ગયા હતા અને

કેન્દ્રને તેની સમક્ષ અનફ્રીઝ કરવાની

અપીલ કરવામાં આવી છે. તેમા

કહેવાયું છે કે એનઆરસી કંઈ

નાગરિકત્વ માટેનો પુરાવો નથી. આ

તેની વિપરીત અસર આ

પ્રક્રિયા ત્યાંથી આગળ વધી નથી.

લોકોના જીવન પર પડી છે. તેઓને

આધાર સાથે જોડાયેલા સામાજિક

અધિકારો મળી રહ્યા નથી. તે બાબત

નોંધનીય છે કે આધારને હવે

બેક્રિંગથી લઈને રાંધણગેસ સુધી

અંતિમ એનઆરસી પ્રકાશિત

ગણવા કે નહી.

આસામ વિધાનસભામાં આંચકાજનક માહિતી આપતા રાજ્યના સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના પ્રધાન રંજીત કુમાર દાસે સ્વીકાર્યુ હતું કે આધારના ૨૭,૪૩,૩૬૯ નામ લટક્યા છે. આ બાયોમેટ્રિક્સને ક્લેમ્સ અને ઓબ્જેક્શન એટલે કે દાવા અને વાંધાની પ્રક્રિયા દરમિયાન એકત્રિત કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા. તેની પ્રક્રિયા નેશનલ રજિસ્ટર ઓફ સિટિઝન્સ (એનઆરસી) નો ડ્રાફ્ટ જુલાઈ૨૦૧૮માં પ્રકાશિત થયા પછી શરૂ થઈ હતી. તેમા ૧૯,૦૬,૬૫૭ લોકોને સમાવવવામાં આવ્યા હતા, જે ઓગસ્ટ ૨૦૧૯ની અંતિમ એનઆરસીમાંથી બાકાત રહી ગયા

ઈદ નિમિત્તે જાહેરમાં નમાજ

પઢવાની અને મોટી સંખ્યામાં લોકોને

કેટલાક ધાર્મિક કાર્યક્રમો પર અંકુશ કોરોનાવાયરસ મહામારી ના લગાવી દીધો છે.

કેસમાં વધારો રોકવા માટે રાજસ્થાન સરકાર દ્વારા કેટલાક કડક નિયંત્રણો ની જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવી છે અને કોરોનાવાયરસ ના સંક્રમણને રોકવા માટે નવી ગાઇડલાઇન જાહેર તિને પગલે કાવડ યાત્રા રદ કરવાની કરવામાં આવી હતી અને તેનું કડક સત્તાવાર જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવી પાલન કરવાની જવાબદારી તંત્ર છે. એ જ રીતે બકરી ઈદ નિમિત્તે વાહકોને સોંપવામાં આવી છે અને જાહેરમાં કે ખુલ્લા મેદાનોમાં પ્રાર્થના ચારેકોર ચેકિંગ ની કાર્યવાહી ઝડપી કરવાની મનાઈ કરતો હુકમ જાહેર .કરવામાં આવ્યો છે અને તેનું કડકપાલન કરાવવાની અધિકારીઓને બનાવવાની સૂચના આપવામાં આવી છે. જવાબદારી સોંપવામાં આવી છે.

દેશમાં કોરોનાવાયરસ મહામારીની બીજી લહેર ચાલી રહી છે અને ત્રીજી લહેર ના સંકેતો મળી રહ્યા હોવાનું નિષ્ણાંતો એ જાહેર કર્યું છે ત્યારે રાજસ્થાન સરકાર દ્વારા

પાકિસ્તાનમાં પેટ્રોલ ૧૧૮.૦૯ રૂપિયા પ્રતિ લીટર અને ડીઝલ ૧૧૬.૫ પ્રતિ લીટર

ઇસ્લામાબાદ, કોરોના સંકટ વચ્ચે ભારતમાં જ તિલના ભાવ આસમાને પહોંચ્યા નથી પરંતુ દુનિયાના અનેક દેશોમાં હાલ તેલના ભાવમાં વધારાને કારણે સામાન્ય નાગરિકોની હાલત કફોડી બની છે.

પડોસી દેશ પાકિસ્તાનની જ વાત કરીએ તો પાકિસ્તાનની આર્થિક સ્થિતિ પહેલાથી જ ખરાબ છે એવામાં ઇમરાન ખાનની સરકારે પેટ્રોલ અને હાઇસ્પીડ ડીઝલના ભાવમાં વધારો કર્યો છે.ઇમરાન સરકારે પેટ્રોલની કીમતમાં ૫.૪૦ રૂપિયા પ્રતિ લીટર અને ડીઝલના ભાવમાં ૨.૫૪ રૂપિયા પ્રતિ લીટરનો વધારો રહ્યો છે. પાકિસ્તાનના મુખ્ય અખબાર ડોને

પાકિસ્તાનમાં તહરીક એ ઇસાક લીટર થઇ ગઇ છે. પાર્ટીની સરકારે પેટ્રોલ અને ડીઝલના ભાવમાં વધારો કર્યો છે આ ભાવ વધારા બાદ પાકિસ્તાનમાં પેટ્રોલની કીંમત ૧૧૮.૦૯ રૂપિયા પ્રતિ લીટર અને ડીઝલની કીમતમાં ૧૧૬.પ રૂપિયા પ્રતિ લીટર થઇ ચુકયા છે.

પેટ્રોલ અને ડીઝલમાં આવેલ તેજીની અસર હવે પાકિસ્તાનમાં કેરોસીન ઓઇલ અને લાઇટ ડીઝલ ઓઇલ (એલડીઓ)ના ભાવમાં જોવા મળી રહી છે.

કેરોસીનમાં ૧.૩૯ રૂપિયા પ્રતિ લીટર અને લાઇટ ડીઝલ ઓઇલમાં ૧.૨૭ રૂપિયા પ્રતિ લીટરનો વધારો થયો છે. કેરોસીનની નવી કીમત સામનો કરી રહ્યું છે પાકિસ્તાનને પોતાનું દેવું ચુકવવા માટે પણ દેવું ૮૭.૪૭ રૂપિયા પ્રતિ લીટર અને

હેઠળ હાઉસિંગ સુધી બધા સાથે

જોડી દેવાયું છે. આ ઉપરાંત જાહેર

વિતરણ પ્રણાલિ હેઠળ ફૂડ સબસિડી

પણ સીધી આધાર લિંક ખાતામાં

જમા થાય છે. આસામના નાગાંવ

જિલ્લામાં સૌથી વધુ લોકો આ

યાદીની બહાર છે. તેના પછી

બારપેટા, દરંગ, હોજલ અને કેચર

છે કે તંત્ર આ ભોગ બનેલા લોકો

સામે કેવો આઉટસાઇડર એટલે કે

બહારના હોય તેવો વ્યવહાર કરી

રહ્યુ છે. આ જ પક્ષની રચાયેલી

સરકારની અગ્રતાઓ જુદી છે જે

તાજેતરના પગલાઓમાં જણાઈ છે.

કોવિડની તકલીફ અને ચોમાસાની

વચ્ચે તેણે નવું ગૌસંરક્ષણ બિલ રજૂકર્યા છે, જે તેની અગ્રતાઓ પરત્વે

આવી છે.આ પ્રકારના નિયમોનં

ઉલ્લંઘન કરનાર સામે સખત

કાર્યવાહી કરવાની ચેતવણી પણ

આપી દેવામાં આવી છે. જે લોકો

મોટી સંખ્યામાં લોકો એકત્ર થાય છે

ત્યાં પોલીસનો બંદોબસ્ત ગોઠવી

સમાપ્ત થયો ન હોવાથી મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં

આ વખતે સતત બીજા વર્ષે પણ

ગણપતિ ઉત્સવની ઉજવણી અવાજ

વગરની બની રહેશે. રાજ્ય સરકારે

અનેક માર્ગદર્શિકા બહાર પાડી છે

જેમાં એક મુદ્દો ભગવાન ગણપતિની

મૂર્તિઓની ઊંચાઈ ઘટાડવાને લગતો

છે. ૧૦-દિવસનો ગણેશોત્સવ ૧૦

સપ્ટેમ્બરથી શરૂ થવાનો છે.

કોરોનાવાઈરસ રોગચાળો હજી

દેવામાં આવ્યો છે.

હોવાનું સામે આવ્યું છે. વધારાની બાબતમાં માહિતી આપતા કહ્યું કે આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય બજારમાં પેર્ટ્રોલિયમ પેદાશોના ભાવમાં ખુબ તેજી આવી છે. તેને જોતા પેટ્રોલના ભાવમાં ૧૧.૪ રૂપિયા પ્રતિ લીટરના વધારો કરવાની ભલામણ કરવામાં આવી હતી પરંતુ વડાપ્રધાન ઇમરાન ખાને તેલની કીમતોમાં ફકત ૫.૪૦ રૂપિયાનો વધારો કર્યો યાદ રહે કે પાકિસ્તાન ઇમરાન ખાનના સત્તામાં આવ્યા બાદથી જ રાખીશું જબરજસ્ત આર્થિક મુશ્કેલીઓનો

ક્ષેત્રમાં પ્રવેશ કર્યો તે વાતનું અમને દુખ છે. આપને જણાવી દઈએ કે પુલિત્જર પુરસ્કરા વિજેતા દાનિશ રોયટર્સ સાથે કામ કરતા હતા. તેઓ ત્યાથી સ્થિતીની કવરેજ કરવા ગયા હતા. જ્યા તાલિબાને પાકિસ્તાનની સીમા પર કબ્જો કરી

લીધો છે. જે સીમા પર તાલીબાને કબ્જો મેળવ્યો છે તે સીમા પાછી મેળવવા અઘાનિસ્તાન આર્મી અને તાલીબાની વચ્ચે યુદ્ધ થયું હતું. બાદમાં ઘાયલોને પાકિસ્તાનની સીમા પાસે આવેલ હોસ્પિટલમાં લઈ જવામાં આવ્યા. જ્યા ખબર પડી પત્રકાર દાનિશ સિદ્દિકીનું પણ

મોત થયું છે. ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે તાલિબાન અને અઘાનિસ્તાની સેના વચ્ચે શહેરના મુખ્ય બજારમાંજ યુદ્ધ થયું હતું. પાકિસ્તાનના બલૂચિસ્તાન પ્રાંતમાં છેલ્લા ઘણા સમયથી તાલિબાન સક્રિય છે. જેઓ નિયમીત રીતે અફઘાનિસ્તાનમાં પણ પ્રવેશ કરતા રહેતા હોય છે.

કોરોનાની બીજી લહેર બાદ મંદિર પ્રથમ વખત ખુલ્યું સબરીમાલા મંદિર પાંચ દિવસ માટે ખુલ્લું મુકાચું

મંદિરમાં દર્શન કરવા ઈચ્છુકે કોરોના વેક્સિનના બંને ડોઝનું સર્ટિકિકેટ અથવા કોરોનાનો નેગેટિવ રિપોર્ટ જરૂરી મંદિર શનિવાર એટલે કે ૧૭મી

ઉતત્તરાખંડથી લઈને રાજસ્થાન અને ઓડિશામાં કાવડ યાત્રા બેન કરી દેવામાં આવી છે. કોરોનાના જોખમને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને આ નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવ્યો છે.

ચોમાસાની સ્થિતિ ઘણી સારી જોવા

અંદાજે ગત વર્ષ કરતા ૫૦ ટકા નો

ઘટાડો થયો છે એટલે કે પાણીના

સંગ્રહમાં ૨૩ ટકાનો ઘટાડો જોવા

મળે છે અને જળશાયોમાં ૩૨-૩૯

ટકા જેટલુ જ પાણી બચ્ચુ છે એટલે

પાણીની ગંભીર સમસ્યા ઉભી

સરદાર સરોવર ડેમમાં ગત વર્ષે

થવાની ભીતી જોવાઈ રહી છે.

કોરોનાના ગ્રાફ પરથી એવો સંકેત મળે છે કે દેશમાં બહુ ઝડપથીકોરોનાની ત્રીજી લહેર જોવા મળી પ્રમાણે દેશમાં હાલ કોરોનાના ૪ લાખ ૨૫૪ હજાર ૦૨૫ એક્ટિવ શકે છે. સ્વાસ્થ્ય મંત્રાલયે શનિવારે કેસ છે. જ્યારે ૩ કરોડ ૨ લાખ ૨૭

થયા છે. જ્યારે કોરોનાથી દેશમાં કુલ ૪ લાખ ૧૩ હજાર ૦૯૧ લોકોનાં મોત થયા છે. દેશમાં અત્યારસુધી ૩૯,૯૬,૯૫,૮૭૯ લોકોને કોરોનાની વેક્સીન લગાવવામાં આવી છે. છેલ્લા ૨૪ કલાકમાં દેશમાં ૪૨.૧૨.૫૫૭ લોકોને કોરોનાની વેક્સી આપવામાં આવી છે.

હિમાચલ પ્રદેશના કિજ્ઞોરમાં

જુલાઈથી પ દિવસ માટે ખોલી કલાક પહેલા સુધીનો કોરોના આરટીપીસીઆર નેગેટિવ રિપોર્ટ દેવાયું છે. મંદિરને માસિક પૂજા માટે ખોલવામાં આવ્યું છે. જોકે આ પણ આપવો પડશે. કોરોનાની બીજી લહેર ભલે અટકી ગઈ હોય પરંતુ શ્રદ્ધાળુઓએ

કે ડાહલિયાએ પોતાને ગોળી મારીને આત્મહત્યા કરી લીધી હશે. જો કે ્ર કોઇ કારણ સામે આવ્યું નથી. સૂત્રોના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર ૩૦

જૂને સ્કાઇની લાશ મળી આવી હતી અને હાલમાં આત્મહત્યાના એન્ગલથી તપાસ થઇ રહી છે. અત્યાર સુધી એવા કોઇ પુરાવા નથી મળ્યા જેનાથી સાબિત થાય કે આ હત્યા છે. કહેવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે કે, સ્કાઇ બ્રેસ્ટ કેન્સર જેવી ઘાતક બીમારીથી લડી રહી હતી. હાલમાં તે ડિપ્રેશનનો શિકાર થઇ હતી. બીમારી દરમિયાન તેણે મિડીયા સાથે વાત પણ કરી હતી. સ્કાઇએ

Similarly, diesel has increased by Rs 9.14 per litre in the national capital. Consumers can now expect that any further rise in fuel prices is checked only after OMCs start cutting the retail price of petrol and diesel over next few days to provide relief. With crude staying low at $73 a barrel, lower fuel prices is a possibility.

Financial institutions are likely to exercise 'Restructuring 2' for stressed assets, in the absence of a moratorium, said HDFC Securities. Accordingly, HDFC Securities, expects banks to remain selective in restructuring stressed assets. "We believe that NBFCs (lender category) and the MSME sector (borrower category) are likely to witness the highest amount of restructuring," the brokerage firm said in a report. Besides, the firm expects a stop-start pattern in loan disbursements during Q1FY22, particularly in retail and SME segments, on account of lockdowns and surging second-wave numbers. "System-wide credit grew by 6 per cent YoY with retail contributing to bulk of the credit growth." Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh launched an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered grievance management application in New Delhi on July 15, 2021, developed by Ministry of Defence with the help of IIT-Kanpur. Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions Dr Jitendra Singh graced the occasion.

This is the first AI based system developed to improve grievance redressal in the Government. The AI tool developed as part of the initiative has capability to understand the content of the complaint based on the contents therein. As a result, it can identify repeat complaints or spam automatically. Based on the meaning of the complaint, it can categorise complaints of different categories even when key words normally used for such search are not present in the complaint. It enables geographical analysis of complaints in a category including analysis of whether the complaint was adequately addressed or not by the concerned office.
