NOTICE [For transfer of equity shares of the Company to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Account]

This Notice is published pursuant to the provisions of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, ("the Rules") notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs effective from 7 September 2016, including amendments thereunder, from time to time.

The Rules, inter-alia, contain provisions for transfer of all shares in respect of which dividend has not been paid or claimed by the shareholders for seven consecutive years or more in the name of Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).

It is noticed from the records that certain shareholders of the Company have not encashed their dividends since 2013-14 and the same remain unclaimed for seven consecutive years (i.e., none of the dividends declared since 2013-14, has been claimed by the shareholder).

Adhering to the various requirements set out in the Rules, the Company has communicated individually to the concerned shareholders whose equity shares are liable to be transferred to IEPF under the Rules for taking appropriate actions.

The Company has uploaded full details of such shareholders and shares due for transfer to IEPF on its website at www.kil.net.in. Hence, shareholders are requested to refer to the web-link https://www.kil.net.in/notices-sent-to-the-shareholders-before-the-transfer-of-shares-to-iepf.html to verify the details of un-encashed dividends and the shares liable to be transferred to the IEPF.

Shareholders may note that both the unclaimed dividend and the shares transferred to the IEPF including all benefits accruing on such shares, if any, can be claimed back by them from IEPF Authority after following the procedure prescribed by the Rules.

In case no valid claim in respect of equity shares is received from the shareholders of the Company, by 6 October 2021, or such other date as may be extended, and the Company shall, with a view to complying with the requirements set out in the Rules, transfer the shares to the IEPF by the due date as per procedure stipulated in the Rules. Please note that no claim shall lie against the Company in respect of unclaimed dividend amount and equity shares transferred to the IEPF.

		મોકલવામાં આવશે જે સભ્યો ના ઈમેઈલ આઈડી કંપની / ડિપોઝિટરી પાર્ટિસિપન્ટ (''ડીપી'') / રજીસ્ટ્રાર અને શેર ટ્રાન્સફર એજન્ટ (''આરટીએ'') સાથે			૧૪% વધી રૂ.૧૧ લાખ કરોડ થઇ
		નોંધાવેલ છે. કંપની કાયદા, ૨૦૧૩ ની લાગુ જોગવાઈઓ અનુસાર અને મિનિસ્ટ્રી ઓફ કોર્પોરેટ અફેર્સ દ્વારા બહાર પાડવામાં આવેલ જનરલ સરક્યુલર
		તા.૮ એપ્રિલ,૨૦૨૦,૧૩ એપ્રિલ, ૨૦૨૦, ૫ મે, ૨૦૨૦ અને ૧૩ જાન્યુઆરી, ૨૦૨૧અને સિક્યોરીટીઝ એક્સચેન્જ બોર્ડ ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા દ્વારા જાારીકરાયેલ સરક્યુલર તા. ૧૨ મે, ૨૦૨૦ અને ૧૫ જાન્યુઆરી,૨૦૨૧ સાથે વાચતા અને અનુસરતા આ નોટીસ આપવામાં આવે છે.					૪૩૩ લાખ ટનની કરેલી ખરીદી
		કંપની એ વીસી / ઓએવીએમ દ્વારા એજીએમમાં ભાગ લેવા, ઈલેક્ટ્રોનિક મોડ દ્વારા એજીએમમાં મત આપવાનો અધિકાર અને એજીએમ પૂર્વે રિમોટ ઈ-		પીટીઆઇ	જણાવ્યું હતું. ખાનગી ક્ષેત્રની
		વોટીંગ માટેની વ્યવસ્થા કરી છે. વીસી / ઓએવીએમ દ્વારા એજીએમમાં જોડાવા માટેની સૂચનાઓ અને ઈ-વોટીંગ ની પ્રક્રિયામાં ભાગ લેવાની રીત નોટીસ		નવી દિલ્હી, તા. પ	ધિરાણ બેંકે જણાવ્યું હતું કે તેની	પીટીઆઇ	હાંસલ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો.	ચૂકી છે. પંજાબ, ઉત્તરપ્રદેશ,

		જે સભ્યોએ કંપની / આરટીએ / ડીપી સાથે ઈમેઈલ આઈડી / બેંક વિગતો નોંધાવી અથવા અપડેટ કરી નથી, તેમને ઈ-કોમ્યુનિકેશન / ડિવિડન્ડ મેળવવા માટે		તેના ધિરાણોમાં ૧૪.૪ ટકાનો	ક્વાર્ટરના અંતે વાર્ષિક ૧૦.૫	હતું કે તેણે ચાલી રહેલી	(એફસીઆઇ) અને સ્ટેટ	અને જમ્મૂ અને કાશ્મિર
		કંપની / આરટીએ / ડીપી સાથે તેમની ઈમેઈલ આઈડી / બેંક વિગતો નોંધવવા / અપડેટ કરવા વિનંતી છે. બેંક વિગતો નોંધાવાથી કંપની જ્યારે ડિવિડન્ડ જાહેર		વધારો જૂન માસમાં નોંધાવ્યો	ટકા વધી હતી, જ્યારે ડોમેસ્ટિક	૨૦૨૧-૨૨ રવિ માર્કેટિંગ	એજન્સીઓ લઘુત્તમ ટેકાના અત્યાર સુધીની શ્રેષ્ઠ ખરીદી
	(i) ફિઝિકલ શેર (પેપર સ્વરૂપે) દારાવતા સભ્યો :	કરે ત્યારે સીધા તેમના બેંક ખાતામાં ઈલેક્ટ્રોનિક મોડ દ્વારા જમા થઈ શકે. આ માટે સભ્યોએ નીચે જણાવેલ પગલાઓને અનુસરવા વિનંતી છે		છે અને રૂપિયા ૧૧.૪૭ લાખ	જથ્થાબંધ લોન્સ લગભગ ૧૭	રેકોર્ડએવીસીઝનમાં	ભાવે અનાજની ખરીદી કરી	રહી છે, તેમ તેમણે કહ્યું હતું.
		સભ્યોને વિનંતી છે કે નામ, ફોલિયો નંબર, મોબાઈલ નંબર, શેર પ્રમાણપત્ર (બંને બાજુ) ની સ્કેન કરેલી નકલ, સ્વ-પ્રમાણિત આઈડી પ્રૂફ, સરનામાનો		કરોડે આ વર્ષની ૩૦મી જૂને	ટકા વધી હતી.લોન	૪૩૩.૨૪ લાખ ટન ઘઉંની	રહી છે. ઘઉંની પ્રાપ્તિનો અંત	રેકોર્ડ8c.95લાખ
		પુરાવો, ઈમેઈલ આઈડી અને કેન્સલ ચેક ઈમેઈલ દ્વારા investors @bigshareonline.com અથવા investors @symphonylimited.com		પહોંચ્યા છે. બેંકના ધિરાણો	કેટેગરીઓમાં,રિટેલ	પાસેથી અત્યારખેડૂતો	આવ્યો છે. અમે ઘઉંની ખેડૂતોને આ વર્ષે લાભ-થયો
