VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT - ACQUISITION OF DUTY FREE BUSINESS

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Symphony Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Golden Palaris Holdings Limited had entered into an agreement for the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of a licensed duty-free operator in Kinmen, Taiwan. The transaction is subject to the formal approval of the Investment Commission, Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan. It is estimated that the process may take one month, the Company will provide its shareholders with further updates once formal approval is granted. The move by the Company into the duty-free industry opens new collaboration opportunity with worldwide duty-free operators. Not only will the Company play a key role in the sourcing process, it will also participate in the day-to-day management and operation of the duty-free business. In the long run, the Company aims strategically to blend the duty-free and outlet mall concepts in any new potential business locations.
