Director/PDMR Dealings - Option amendments and Grant of Options

Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc (AIM: SYM), global specialists in products and technologies that "make plastic and rubber products smarter, safer and more sustainable", announces an extension to the exercise period of options held by the directors of the Company (the "Directors") and certain other option holders.

The Company had previously granted options to purchase 10,191,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")(the "Options") of which 8,441,500 were to certain directors of the Company. The exercise prices of the Options are 4.5 pence and 12.5 pence, so all the Options are above the prevailing market price of the Ordinary Shares. The Options were due to expire on 31 December 2024 but have been extended for practical reasons to 31 December 2026 ("Option Extension"). The Options represent 4.5% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, options to purchase 250,000 Ordinary Shares has been granted to Michael Kayser, a non-executive director of the Company. These new options have an exercise price of 10p, representing a 245 per cent. premium to the closing share price of 2.90 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 December 2024. These options vest immediately and expire on 31 December 2029.
