Director/PDMR Shareholdings - Option amendments

Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc (AIM: SYM), global specialists in products and technologies that "make plastic and rubber products smarter, safer and more sustainable", announces a limited extension to options held by the directors of the Company.

The Company had previously granted options to purchase 9,351,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to certain directors of the Company (the "Options"). The Options are due to expire during the remainder of 2021 and have been extended for practical reasons for a short period to 31 March 2022.
