Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc ("Symphony" or the "Company") announces that the allotment of 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as announced on 3 May 2017, following the exercise of share options by Michael Stephen, Commercial Director and Deputy Chairman of the Company, has been split such that 600,000 Ordinary Shares were allotted to Mr Stephen and 600,000 Ordinary Shares were allotted to Mrs Virginia Stephen, Mr Stephen's wife.

In addition, Mr Stephen transferred 716,990 Ordinary Shares on 3 May 2017 to his wife. Mr Stephen and persons connected to him remain interested in 1,351,008 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
