Director Dealing

The Company was today notified that Michael Laurier, Chief Executive Director, transferred a total of 22,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 14.7p per Ordinary Share to his personal ISA.

Following the above transaction Mr. Laurier remains beneficially interested in 23,424,510 Ordinary Shares, as reported previously in the 2016 Annual Report, representing approximately 15.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
