Director Dealing

The Company was notified on 8 May 2015 that on the same date, Shaun Robinson, Non-Executive Director, transferred a total of 60,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 8.38p per Ordinary Share to his children. Mr. Robinson also transferred 370,000 Ordinary Shares to his personal ISA.

Mr. Robinson's children are under the age of 18 and as such he remains the beneficial owner of the Ordinary Shares that have been transferred. Following the above transactions Mr. Robinson remains beneficially interested in 10,204,938 Ordinary Shares, as previously announced on 24 December 2014 representing approximately 7.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
