Release from voluntary escrow

Symal Group Limited ( ASX: SYL ) (“the Company”, “Group” or “Symal”) advises in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A that 80,235,762 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow at 4:30pm on 23 February 2026. The breakdown of the 80,235,762 shares is as follows:
