Change in share capital

At the AGM of Sydbank A/S held on 21 March 2019 it was resolved to reduce the Bank’s share capital by nominally DKK 59,169,540 by cancelling 5,916,954 shares which were purchased during the Bank’s share buyback programme in 2018.

The capital reduction was implemented and registered with the Danish Business Authority today.

As a result Sydbank’s total share capital represents nominally DKK 617,540,000, equal to 61,754,000 shares of DKK 10 each and 61,754,000 voting rights.
