Change in share capital
The AGM of Sydbank A/S held on 14 March 2018 resolved to reduce the Bank’s share capital by nominally DKK 26,902,200 by cancelling 2,690,220 shares which were purchased during the Bank’s share buyback programme in 2017.
The capital reduction was implemented and registered today.
As a result Sydbank’s total share capital represents nominally DKK 676,709,540, equal to 67,670,954 shares of DKK 10 each and 67,670,954 voting rights.
