Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act this is to announce that Sydbank has been informed on 22 October 2019 by Dimensional Holdings Inc. that as at 21 October 2019, Dimensional Holdings Inc. via indirect holdings of shares and other financial instruments owns less than 5% of the total share capital of Sydbank A/S.

As regards the financial instruments we have been informed that they have no fixed expiration date or exercise/conversion period.
