Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act this is to announce that Sydbank has been informed on 2 May 2019 by Silchester International Investors International Value Equity Trust that as at 1 May 2019, Silchester International Investors International Value Equity Trust through indirect holdings owns 5.0% of the total share capital of Sydbank A/S.
