Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act this is to announce that Sydbank has been informed by Norges Bank that as at 18 September 2018, Norges Bank via shares (4.990%) and other financial instruments (0.281%) owns 5.271% of the total share capital of Sydbank A/S.

Moreover Norges Bank has informed Sydbank that as at 19 September 2018, Norges Bank via shares (5.019%) and other financial instruments (0.251%) owns 5.271% of the total share capital of Sydbank A/S.

As regards the financial instruments Norges Bank has indicated that they have no fixed expiration date or exercise/conversion point.
