ownership shares of Sydbank A/S.

ATP, AES and SUPP now each own 4.9% of the share capital and voting rights in
Sydbank A/S.

As a result the portfolio totals 3,641,433 shares of DKK 10 - equal to DKK
36,414,330.00 nominal.
