Announcement concerning large shareholders under section 29 of the Danish Securities Securities Trading Act Act Act

Sydbank has been informed by ATP that ATP, AES and SUPP have reduced their ownership shares of Sydbank A/S.

ATP, AES and SUPP now own 4.9% of the share capital and voting rights in Sydbank A/S.

As a result the portfolio totals 3,641,433 shares of DKK 10 – equal to DKK 36,414,330.00 nominal.
