Aabenraa, Denmark, 2016-03-17 17:35 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- At the
Shareholders’ Committee meeting which took place after the AGM, the
Shareholders’ Committee elected Janne Moltke-Leth, 49, CEO of Paustian A/S
since 2014, new member of the Board of Directors. Janne Moltke-Leth holds an
MSc in International Business Administration and Modern Languages as well as a
Graduate Diploma in Organisation.

As a result of the election of Janne Moltke-Leth, the Board of Directors
consists of eight members elected by the Shareholders’ Committee and three
members elected by the Bank’s employees.

At the subsequent board meeting, the Board of Directors elected its Chairman,
Torben Nielsen, former Central Bank Governor, and its Vice-Chairman, Peder
Damgaard, General Manager.
