Aabenraa, Denmark, 2011-08-17 10:01 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors wishes to alter the division of responsibilities within Sydbank's Group Executive Management and as a result it has been agreed with Allan Noerholm that he resigns from Sydbank's Group Executive Management. Sydbank has commenced the process of recruiting, outside the Bank, a new Deputy Group Chief Executive with a broader background to replace Allan Noerholm in the Group Executive Management.

Pending the appointment of the new Deputy Group Chief Executive, Sydbank's Group Executive Management will consist of Karen Froesig, CEO, and Preben L. Hansen, Deputy Group Chief Executive.
