Sydbank’s AGM, subsequent Shareholders’ Committee meeting and first board
meeting took place on 12 March 2015.

Sydbank’s Board of Directors consists of eight members elected by the AGM and
three members elected by the employees.

Chairman:

Vice-Chairman:

-- Peder Damgaard, General Manager and former Principal
-- Svend Erik Busk, State-Authorised Public Accountant and General Manager
-- Erik Bank Lauridsen, General Manager

Board members elected by the employees:

-- Alex Slot Hansen, Executive Vice President, Private Banking
-- Jarl Oxlund, Chairman of Sydbank Kreds
-- Margrethe Weber, Bank Clerk

New board members:

-- Bo Normann Rasmussen, Deputy CEO
-- Lars Mikkelgaard-Jensen, Chairman
-- Frank Møller Nielsen, High Court Attorney?

Resigned from the Board of Directors:

Anders Thoustrup, General Manager and former Chairman of Sydbank’s Board of
Directors.

Committees under the Board of Directors will be appointed at the next ordinary
board meeting on 24 March 2015.
