Swift Wins Major Contract through DXC Partnership ASX: SW1
LARGEST CONTRACT WIN SINCE LISTING
Highlights :
-
Swift’s partnership with DXC Technology has delivered the company’s largest revenue deal since listing.
-
5-year contract sees Swift provide services to between 2,500 and 4,600 rooms annually in onshore and offshore locations through Australia’s Northwest.
Swift partnership with DXC delivers significant early results: Leading telecommunications and content solutions provider Swift Networks Group Limited (ASX: SW1, “Swift” or “the Company”) is pleased to update investors that, through its partnership arrangement with DXC, Swift’s entertainment and crew welfare solutions will be deployed for the benefit of oil and gas industry personnel.
Significant onshore and offshore deal: The deal will deliver over $1,500,000 in project revenue (non-recurring) in addition to ongoing monthly service and support fees for between 2,500 and 4,600 rooms each year during the five-year term and will contribute to material growth in Swift’s annual contracted revenue.
Swift will provide a broad range of services including entertainment, infrastructure refresh, messaging and alerts, health, welfare and training material, free to air television and pay TV integration in addition to 24 x 7 support over the term.
Swift’s excellent customer retention rate continues: This deal not only represents new locations for Swift but includes a 60-month renewal of certain services provided to 2 sites where the contract term was coming to an end. Swift has successfully recontracted these rooms under DXC.
Successful partnership strategy: Swift Chief Executive Officer, Xavier Kris said:
“We are pleased to provide this update on our partnership with DXC which was only announced late last year and are delighted that the first deal with DXC is such a landmark win. Our reseller relationships, which also include Telstra, AST and Tripleplay, are producing pleasing results demonstrating that our strategy is being delivered as planned and we look forward to continued growth in conjunction with our partners.”
