Board Appointment and Resignation

The Board of Stanfield Funds Management Limited (ASX: SFN) advises that Mr Thomas Sargant has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company on 3 September 2013.

Mr Sargent will be a valuable contributor to the Company and brings his experience as an Engineer and Management Consultant to the Board. Mr Sargant currently provides services to Government and private sector clients in major infrastructure transactions and business strategy. Prior to this, Mr Sargant has had an extensive career in Government managing Victoria’s rail assets and in the construction industry contributing to some of Victoria’s largest infrastructure projects. He holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration, and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Stanfield also advises that Mr Adrian Olney has resigned as a Director of the Company, effective from 2 September 2013. The Board would like to thank Mr Olney for his contribution and commitment and wishes him well for his future endeavours.

Mr Olney continues in his role as Company Secretary.
