Board Update

Mr Tom Sargant was elected as a director of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on 22 November 2013. Mr Sargant had been appointed by the Board on 3 September 2013 to a casual vacancy position pending the next Annual General Meeting. Mr Sargant now commences a 3 year term as a director.

Following the election of Mr Sargant, Mr Don Christie resigned as a director of the Company. This is part of the overall Board renewal program to expand the experience of the Board and increase the number of non-executive directors on the Board. The Board would like to thank Mr Christie for his contribution and commitment and wishes him well for his future endeavours.
