Mr. Michael Shade appointed Commercial Manager of Celtex Ltd and its subsidiaries

In preparation of completing the A$10 million funding exercise for Celtex Ltd, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Michael Shade as the Commercial Manager of Celtex Ltd and its subsidiaries.

Michael joins the company with extensive experience in the area of commercial operations having run numerous corporate entities and has had a successful career to date and brings specific experience in all aspects of the Music Industry.

Michael’s strong organisational and commercial skills will be invaluable to Celtex, initially assisting the Executive Chairman in day to day operations and it is expected that within a short period of time, Michael will assume overall responsibility for day to day operations of Celtex Ltd and its subsidiaries.

Michaels first duty will be to appoint a new Education Manager for Ausmusic Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Celtex) as the Chairman has not confirmed the appointment of Mr Kye Thomas (the current Education Manager of Ausmusic). Mr Thomas will be leaving Ausmusic Ltd at the end of May.

Coupled with Michael’s proven management skills he will also bring to Celtex the experience to generate strong cash flow and profit to all subsidiaries.
