Date of Annual General Meeting and closing date for Director Nominations
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Swift Networks Group Limited ( Swift or the Company ) advises that the Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the Company will be held on Thursday, 27 November 2025 . Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a Notice of Meeting, which will be announced in due course.
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors. In accordance with rule 7.5(d) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is 16 October 2025. Any nominations must be received no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on 16 October 2025 , at the Company’s Registered Office.
