Pål Bergström is leaving Swedbank

Pål Bergström, Head of Swedbank's business area Large Corporates & Institutions

(LC&I), has announced that he will move on to a new assignment outside the bank.

He will leave Swedbank mid-June at the latest.

Bergström has during his tenure at Swedbank implemented a reorganisation of the

business area Large Corporates & Institutions to ensure improved corporate

capabilities, throughout the whole bank.

"I would like congratulate Pål Bergström to his new important assignment and

also thank him for his valuable efforts in the transformation of LC&I," says

Jens Henriksson, President and CEO of Swedbank.

The process to recruit a new Head of Large Corporates & Institutions has been

initiated.
