Change in number of shares and votes in Sweco AB (publ)

At requests of shareholders, the Swedish Companies Registration Office has registered that 15,707 class A shares have been converted to class B shares during October 2018 with the support of the conversion clause in the Articles of Association.

After the registration, as per 31 October 2018, the total number of shares in Sweco amounts to 121,083,819, of which 10,440,354 are of class A, 110,643,465 are of class B representing 21,504,700.5, votes in the company. The share capital amounts to 121,083,819 SEK.

On the date and time of publication of this information, Sweco holds 2,778,701 class B shares in treasury. However, Sweco has no voting rights for the class B treasury shares.
