- Sub: Disclosure of Material Impact of COVID 19 Pandemic on the Company under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

Ref: Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/84 dated May 20, 2020

With reference to above, it is hereby informed that in terms of notification for Lockdown from 23[rd] March, 2020, we, as a responsible corporate entity, were utmost concerned about the health & safety of all our employees, stakeholders, and their families and accordingly had temporarily closed our registered office (Mumbai, Maharashtra) and Factory premises (Narol, Ahmedabad) during the said period of “lockdown” to extend our support and cooperation.

Further, as per the notification of Government of Gujarat, the operations at the factory premises at Ahmedabad have started with effect from 25/05/2020 with limited manpower. Our Mumbai office remains closed as of now.

The Company is assessing the future impact of COVID-19 on its operations, profitability, liquidity position, demand and all other aspects and will update on these issues once assessment with reasonable accuracy is carried out.
