We would like to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, on the nomination form NTC Limited and recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the company have, by way of circular resolution passed on 6[th] June, 2023.

1. Cessation of Mr. Kanjirakkattu Gopalan Manoj Kumar, Nominee Director w.e.f. 18[th ] April, 2023 due to nomination withdrawn by National Textile Corporation Limited.

2. Appointment of Mr. Palani Samy Kungumaraju as Nominee Director of NTC Limited in Place of Mr. Kanjirakkattu Gopalan Manoj Kumar w.e.f. vide nomination letter dated 18[th] April, 2023.

The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9[th] September, 2015 are annexed herewith as Annexure-I & II.

He has been worked with the leading working Textile Spinning mills in India and Overseas in the areas of project planning, implementation, erection and maintenance, Production, quality control & Admin etc. Joined to NTC in 2010 and worked with mills in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. He held the responsibility of Southern regional office as Officer-In charge. He is presently working as Officer-In charges /Region Head of NTC WRO.
