We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Swadeshi Polytex Limited (“the Company”), at its meeting held on May 23, 2025 , has approved that the 55[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 12:00 Noon (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) , in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India .
The Notice convening the AGM along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2024–25 will be submitted in due course, in compliance with the applicable regulatory provisions.
