Dear Sir/Madam,

We wish to inform you that The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 06,2021 at 03.00 P.M. and concluded at 5.00 P.M. on inter alia, considered the following:-

The 39[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30[th] September, 2021 at 03.00 P.M.
The Board of Directors have approved the Notice of the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2020-21.
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company shall remain closed from Friday 24[th] September, 2021 to Thursday 30[th] September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 39[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The Company has decided Thursday, September 23rd, 2021 as the record date for purpose of determining the Members eligible for final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.
Shravan A Gupta & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary is appointed as the Scrutinizer for E-Voting.
The Board has considered , the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai approval letter and approved the change of name of the Company from SVP Global Ventures Limited to SVP Global Textiles Limited subject to approval of members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting and issued name approval certificate pursuant to change of name dated 28th August,2021.

The Board has considered and approved change in designation of Mr. Chirag Pittie (DIN:00117368) from Whole Time Director to Non-Executive Director cum Chairman of the Company subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The Board has considered and approved change in designation of Mr. Praveen Shelley (DIN:01922237) from Non-Executive Director cum Chairman to Executive Director of the Company subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The Board has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. O.P. Gulia as CEO of the Company.

Enclosed herewith are the brief details of the appointment as prescribed in (Annexure A) ,the content of which is self-explanatory.

The Board has considered and approved the appointment of ADV & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 128045W) as Statutory Auditor of the Company subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting due to completion of term of existing Statutory Auditor M/s. Motilal & Associates in the Annual General Meeting of financial year 2020-21.

1984. He has served in all active
operational areas like J&K, Punjab,
Assam, Manipur and Nagaland. He
commanded his Battalion in J&K, a
Brigade in Desert and a RAPID
Divisi on in Jaisalmer area. He has
served as Senior Instructor and Chief
Instructor in Army War college. He
is also qualified in Defence Services
Staff Course, Higher Command
Course and National Defence
College. He was awarded Sena Medal
for Gallantry and Vishisht Seva
Medal for distinguished service. He
retired from Indian Army in 2020.
