- To consider and approve appointment of Mr. O.P. Gulia as CEO of the Company.

- Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman of the Board.
Please further be informed that pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by an Insider and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, August 31, 2021 till further communication as may be announced in this regard.
