This is to inform you that the members of the Company at their Adjourned 39" Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday, October 07, 2021 at 03:00 P.M. zuter aha approved:
(i) Appointment of M/s ADV & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Registration No. 128045W) as the Statutory Auditor of the Company to hold office for a term of five years from the conclusion of the 39° AGM till the conclusion of 44° AGM of the Company at such remuneration as may be decided between Board and the Statutory Auditor;
The disclosure regarding the appointment of statutory auditors as per the provisions of SEBI circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed to this letter as Annexure A.
- Change in the name of the Company from "SVP Global Ventures Limited" to "SVP Global Textiles Limited";
- (iii) Alteration in the name clause of Memoradum of Association of the Company and Articles of Association of the Company subsequent to change of name.
- (iv) Change in Designation of Mr. Praveen Shelley (DIN: 01922237) from Non-Executive Director cum Chairman to Executive Director of the Company.
- (v) Change in Designation of Mr. Chirag Pittte (DIN: 0117368) from Whole Time Director to Non-Executive Director cum Chairman of the Company.
