Change in the number of shares and votes in Svedbergs Group

Svedbergs Group AB (publ) ("Svedbergs Group") today announces that the total number of shares in the company increased by 17,501,718 shares during January 2024, of which all B shares, as a result of the previously announced rights issue. The number of votes increased correspondingly by 17,501,718 votes.

As of 31 January 2024, the total number of shares in Svedbergs amounts to 52,825,476, of which 0 A shares and 52,825,476 B shares, corresponding to an equal number of votes.
