NOTIFIED TO CONSOB THE KID "KEY INFORMATION DOCUMENT" RELATING TO THE SVAS BIOSANA WARRANTS 2021-2024"

Somma Vesuviana (NA) 9 Dicembre 2021 – Svas Biosana S.p.A., ("The Company" or "SVAS), a leading operator in the healthcare sector, active in the production and distribution of medical devices for public and private healthcare facilities, announces that it has notified today to Consob the Kid (Key Information Document) related to the "Warrant Svas Biosana 2021-2024" (ISIN CODE: IT0005469157) as provided for by Article 4 decies of the TUF with reference to PRIIPs (Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products), as per EU Regulation n.1286/2014.

The KID, a summary and standardised information document prepared in accordance with the European Regulation on PRIIPs relating to packaged retail and insurance investment products, depicts to the investor the characteristics of the investment product in a simple and comprehensible manner, making the different financial products comparable and increasing the degree of transparency of the information.

The KID on the "Warrant SVAS Biosana 2021-2024" is available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the Company's website www.svas.it in the Investor Relations/Warrant section.
