Rrrsuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and as per regulation 8(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on March 30, 2OLg, has adopted a revised Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.

The revised Code will be effective from April 01, 2019 and shall be made available on the Company's website.
