Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 29[th] June 2021 to, inter alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the quarter and financial year ended on 31[st] March 2021. The copy of the presentation in this regard would be sent to the stock exchanges as also will be available on the website of the Company (www.suzlon.com) on conclusion of the Board Meeting.
This is to further inform that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders as required to be implemented in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window of the Company which has been closed from Thursday, 1[st] April 2021 for the purpose of declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter / year ended on 31[st] March 2021, will continue to remain closed and will re-open only after 48 (Forty Eight) hours from the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30[th] June 2021.
