苏州英华特涡旋技术股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）于2025 年8 月27 日召 开第二届董事会第十八次会议，审议通过了《关于调整公司组织架构的议案》。为贯 彻落实《公司法》《上市公司章程指引》等法律法规要求，更好地适应公司的发展规 划和管理需要，进一步优化组织架构，提高专业化管理水平及运营效率，增强高效 决策能力及快速协同能力，实现组织效能持续释放，公司决定对组织架构进行调整 和优化，同时，董事会授权公司经营管理层负责组织架构调整后的具体实施及进一 步的持续优化等相关事宜。

本次组织架构调整是对公司内部管理机构的调整，不会对公司生产经营活动产 生重大影响。调整后的公司组织架构图详见附件。
