Director's purchase of shares

The Company announces that it has received notification that on 1 September 2015 Graham Miller, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 31.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mr. Miller is interested in 147,000 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 0.153% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
