Completion of Nominated Adviser Due Diligence

Sutton Harbour (AIM: SUH), the AIM-quoted marine and waterfront regeneration specialist, is pleased to announce that further to the appointment of Strand Hanson Limited ("Strand Hanson") as its Nominated Adviser on 27 April 2022, Strand Hanson has confirmed that it has completed its due diligence.

Pursuant to Rule 17, Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the following statutory disclosures pertaining to Graham Scott Miller are required:

Mr Miller was a Non-Executive Director of Telecom Sciences Corporation Limited, at the time it was placed into administration on 24 November 1997, with an estimated shortfall to creditors of £1.8 million.
