Annual General Meeting Results 

Sutton Harbour Group plc (AIM: SUH) is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at today's Annual General Meeting were passed. 

The passing of resolution 5, in accordance with section 190 of the Companies Act 2006, will enable the Company to proceed with completion of the sale of the apartment at Harbour Arch Quay, as announced on 6 March 2023.
