Addendum announcement from Saudi Industrial Services Co. related to the adjustment in electricity and energy prices

Further to the announcement published on Tadawul's website on 29-12-2015 related to the adjustment in electricity and energy prices Saudi Industrial Services Co. announces addendum as :the company would like to inform its shareholders that the financial impact resulting from the adjustment of these prices is approximately 15 million riyals in net results. The company will make the maximum effort to deal with these changes to reduce their impact on the financial results of the company during the year 2016 as much as possible.
