1. ING Investment Management Belgium S.A., Brussels, Belgium, has informed
   us on August 12, 2014, in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German
   Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
   MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on August 08,
   2014 and now amounts to 3,42 % (Amount of Shares: 654,298). 3,42% of the
   voting rights (654,298 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance
   with section 22 para. 2 of the WpHG.

2. ING Investment Management Luxembourg S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, has
   informed us on August 12, 2014, in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG
   (German Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
   MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on August 08,
   2014 and now amounts to 3,42 % (Amount of Shares: 654,298). 2,35 % of the
   voting rights (448,348 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance
   with section 22 para. 2 of the WpHG.

3. ING Fund Management B.V., Den Haag, Netherlands, has informed us on
   August 12, 2014, in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German
   Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
   MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on August 08,
   2014 and now amounts to 3,42 % (Amount of Shares: 654,298). 1,08 % of the
   voting rights (205,950 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance
   with section 22 para. 2 of the WpHG.
