Garching, January 10, 2011 - SUSS MicroTec AG (business address:
Schleissheimer Strasse 90, 85748 Garching, Germany; ISIN: DE0007226706),
which is listed in the Prime Standard of Deutsche Börse AG, today announced
that order entry for the fourth quarter of 2010 is expected to total about
EUR 50 million. In fall 2010, the company had still been anticipating order
entry of slightly more than EUR 30 million for the fourth quarter, this
would have resulted in an order entry for the full year of EUR 170 million.
As a consequence of the unexpectedly high order entry in the fourth
quarter, expected order entry for the full year 2010 is at EUR 189 million,
which is also well above expectations.
