Correction: NN Investment Partners B.V. (formerly known as ING Fund
Management B.V.), The Hague, the Netherlands has informed us on May 7,
2015, in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German Secu-rities Trading
Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching,
Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on August 8, 2014 and amounted to 3.42%
(Amount of Shares: 654,298). 2.35% of these voting rights (448,348 voting
rights) are attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sentence
1 no. 6 of the WpHG and 1.08% of these voting rights (205,950) are
attributable to it in accordance with section 22 para. 2 of the WpHG.

Investmemt Luxembourg B.V.), Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed us on May
7, 2015, in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG,
Garching, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on August 8, 2014 and amounted
to 3.42% (Amount of Shares: 654,298). 1.08% of these voting rights (205,950
voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG and 2.35% of these voting rights (448,348) are
attributable to it in accordance with section 22 para. 2 of the WpHG.
